General Terms
- Rates and Availability: Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Accommodation will be provided in the mentioned hotels or similar properties. Confirmation is subject to availability.
- Force Majeure: We will not be liable for any cancellations or modifications caused by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, acts of God, government restrictions).
- Itinerary Changes: We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Optional Services: Extra beds, early check-in, late check-out, and additional activities may incur extra charges.
- Meals: Meals are pre-set, but may be adjusted due to circumstances.
Booking and Cancellation Policies
- Payment: A minimum of 40% of the total package cost must be paid in advance to confirm the booking. Subsequent installments must be paid as instructed.
- Documentation: Guests must carry their reservation docket, Pan card, voter card, and Aadhar card during their travels.
- Cancellation Charges: Cancellation charges apply based on the time of cancellation. Please refer to our detailed cancellation policy for specific amounts.
- No-Shows and Premature Departures: No refunds will be given for no-shows or premature departures.
- Hotel Cancellation: Hotel payment refunds are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy.
- Train and Flight Cancellations: Train and flight ticket cancellations will follow the respective policies of the service providers.
Additional Notes
- Rohtang Pass Access: Access to Rohtang Pass depends on weather conditions and NGT permissions (charges not included).
- Service Quality: Claims regarding service quality will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
- Communication: We encourage open communication and prompt notification of any changes or concerns.
