Booking Process

  • Your online booking is not a confirmed reservation. We will confirm availability with hotels and transportation providers within 1-2 business days and notify you via email.
  • Prices on our website are subject to availability. Your final tour cost may vary depending on current conditions.

Confirmation & Payment

  • To confirm your package, a 40% deposit of the total cost is required in advance to our company account.
  • Hotel vouchers will be issued after receiving Advance payment.
  • The remaining balance is due on your arrival day. A late payment fee of Rs 1500 per day applies.

Our Bank Details

  • We accept payments through UPI or on Direct Bank Transfer Basis.
  • Please contact our team to confirm account details before making a payment.

Cancellation Policy

What Can Be Refunded

  • We may offer a full refund or alternative tour options if a tour requires a minimum number of travelers that isn’t met.
  • Please note, alternative options may be more expensive.
  • Additional refunds due to extenuating circumstances depend on our travel partners.

What Cannot Be Refunded

  • No refunds for no-shows or unused portions of the tour.
  • Airfare is non-refundable and non-changeable (if included).
  • Hotel extensions and instant confirmation products cannot be exchanged or refunded once confirmed.

Cancellation Fees

The following cancellation fees apply unless a specific tour has different rates listed:

  • 0-7 days prior to departure: Non-refundable
  • 7-15 days prior to departure: 10% refund
  • 16-30 days prior to departure: 30% refund
  • 30+ days prior to departure: 50% refund

Special Notes

  • Advance payments are non-refundable.
  • Cancellation fees are based on the date we receive your signed cancellation request and the tour start date.
  • Cancellation requests within 7 days of departure are not accepted.
  • All cancellations must be made directly with Divine Himachal
  • Refund processing may involve transaction fees.

Important Information

  • Package itineraries on our website (divinehimachal.com) are examples. Confirmation is subject to availability.
  • Check-in and check-out times vary by hotel.
  • Meals are provided according to hotel schedules. Unused meals are non-refundable.
  • Valid ID cards with photographs are required for airports and hotels (Pan cards are not valid).
  • Early check-in and late check-out fees are payable directly at the hotel.
  • Most hotels have a 2 PM check-in and 12 PM check-out.
  • Breakfast is not usually provided on the arrival day.
  • Hotel facilities in Himachal may differ from developed destinations.
  • No refunds for unused services due to bad weather, illness, strikes, etc.
  • No discounts after package confirmation.
  • Extra bed refers to an extra mattress.

How to Cancel a Reservation

  • Cancellation/refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to Nareshkingal@gmail.com. We will process your request within 1-7 business days. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
